CLAUSING/METOSA CNC Lathe
Advanced Turning Technology...Clausing/METOSA Auto Teach CNC Lathes are as easy to operate as a conventional lathe with all the advantages and advanced technology of a CNC Lathe. Models with 13" to 24" swing and 30" to 80" centers.
CLAUSING/Metal Muncher
Clausing/Metal Muncher is a complete 5-station fabrication center. The two-cylinder design allows the punch end and the shear end to be operated separately, permitting safe two person operation. Available in models from 40 to 135 ton.
CLAUSING/Metosa Smart Lathe
It’s not a CNC Lathe but it’s the closest thing to it... The SmartLathe is a standard lathe, either geared head or variable speed drive with Constant Surface Speed and a Touch Screen Control for Tapers, Radii, High Speed Threading, Tracing, Editing, Tool Compensation and more. Models from 13” to 24” swing and 30” to 120” centers.

A complete line of affordable precision engine lathes. CLAUSING/METOSA lathes are rigidly constructed and are available in swing sizes of 13” to 24” and bed lengths ranging from 30” to 124”, including a special 22” pipe threading lathe.

CLAUSING/Radial Drills
CLAUSING/Radial Drills are a great value, and are engineered for durability and accuracy. The rigid frame is constructed of ribbed castings with a heavy-duty column and hardened and ground sleeve. Models available with 8 5/8" to 62 5/8" spindle radius.
KALAMAZOO/Double Column Saws
A line of heavy-duty semi-auto matic and automatic double column bandsaws. Available in models with cutting capaci ties from 10” to 28”, 65-260 fpm infinitely variable blade speed, hydraulically controlled cutting feed for a constant cutting rate, solid carbide blade guides with rollers, hydraulic band tension control, 7” roller table and much more.

In heavy-duty fabricating equipment, the name is CLAUSING, for press brakes and hydraulic shears. CLAUSING equipment is available with CNC controls.

Behind every Clausing product is The Clausing Service Center, a sepa rate facility designed solely to support our customers’ parts and service needs. With more than 47,000 parts in inventory, the service center can provide many parts for machines you may have purchased more that 50 years ago. ..and 95% of all parts orders are shipped within 24 hours! In addition to supplying parts, we have a staff of highly qualified technicians, available to solve problems all across the country.
